Each year we elect officers and members to the Board of Directors. The rules governing the election and procedures for the club are found in our club by-laws, which are available to you if you would like a copy. The officers and Board conduct the general business of our club. Most of the club work is accomplished through a committee structure established by our by-laws. Committees and their chairs are appointed by the President with the help of the Board.
